PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Whatever technology is being implemented, the most critical aspect of a successful deployment is the project management of technology resources and the overall installation process. Project leaders who know and understand the myriad of steps involved in this process are essential to reaching a successful conclusion. ComSci has, over the years, repeatedly demonstrated our strong project management capabilities.

Our process includes developing and closely monitoring the project schedule, keeping budgets in line, and communicating and coordinating with all of the design and construction team members. We work collaboratively with our clients, regularly reporting on progress and milestones.

We develop a task list that maps all of the applicable technology deliverables and issues to the overall project schedule. Our plan includes checkpoints that enable the team to track critical dates. Issues are identified and resolved quickly and efficiently, ensuring that project expectations are met.

Ongoing collaboration between our project manager and other project team members results in the formation of a close working relationship. This serves as a basis for making project decisions that are in the client's best interests and assures that tasks will be performed in a timely and efficient manner. This unified commitment and constant communications among project team members are critical to a successful on-time project completion that is within budget.
