Flexible Solutions and Focus on Customer Service was Key Differentiator

Edison, NJ, October 13, 2006 - ComSci, a leading provider of IT financial management solutions, has signed an agreement with a Global 500 Telecommunications Equipment company. ComSci was selected because they were flexible in developing a solution that addressed the specific needs of their client, as opposed to a 'black box' offering. ComSci will be providing a Chargeback service integrated with their Invoice Processing ASP application.

The company which was looking to replace its incumbent TEM and Call Accounting provider discovered that ComSci is focused on implementing solutions that make sense to their clients. ComSci's rich experience in invoice processing and chargeback and 35 year history of delivering excellent customer service provided the large Telecommunication Equipment Company with a strong sense of comfort when making their vendor selection.

The engagement includes the use of ComSci's Invoice Processing application to manage and process the monthly telecommunications invoices. ComSci's Expense Management tool will help the company process electronic or paper invoices, process and allocate the invoices, review for accuracy, and provide financial metrics for managers.

In addition, ComSci will provide call accounting services for 25 locations world-wide. ComSci will collect the call detail, price all calls per the clients defined business rules and process for review by location and department via their web-based BillBrowser application.
