Edison, NJ, September 12, 2006 - ComSci, a leading provider of IT financial management solutions, has signed an agreement with a major New York City Bank to provide a Total Technology Chargeback Solution delivering results through BillBrowser. BillBrowser is ComSci's technology expense management portal that will provide the Bank's Business Units with a single view of all technology-based products charged to their departments. The initial scope includes the chargeback of the costs and utilization of WebEx, Audio/Video conferencing, cellular, desktop services and the collection and processing of polled data from over 40 of the Bank's domestic locations, 10 locations in the UK and over 250 branch locations. Business Unit Managers will have a robust tool to view charges for all technology-based products at either a summary level or drill down to individual employees to view consumption and utilization of services. The BillBrowser solution is a strategic component of the Bank's overall transparency goal to drive costs to the cost causers to ensure the entire enterprise is accountable for controlling and managing technology-based costs.

"BillBrowser provides the Bank with the most powerful and total technology chargeback solution in the industry today", says Lou Takacs, Vice President of Product Management. "Our clients want a single portal to view all technology related products and services to bring clarity to technology expenses throughout the firm and BillBrowser exceeds their needs for a total consumption management tool," continued Takacs.
