Edison, NJ, September 12, 2006 - ComSci introduces a new version of BillBrowser, its Web-based decision support system providing enterprises with an advanced and user-friendly chargeback solution for managing the consumption and utilization of IT/Telecommunications expenses. The new version of BillBrowser improves on the inherent advantages of the web-based solution, which provides chargeback data via the Internet from ComSci's platform of chargeback services. With BillBrowser, the CIO organization of any enterprise now has the capability to provide business unit managers with a single view of the cost of all IT/Telecom services consumed by that business unit.

"At ComSci, we believe that a financial partnership between the CIO organization and the Business Unit Managers must exist to effectively manage and control technology and telecommunications expenses. Telecommunications expenses continue to rise and are still one of the top variable expenses for any organization", said Bob Svec, President and CEO of ComSci. "As CIO organizations continue to focus on driving down the unit cost of technology services", Svec continued, "Our BillBrowser solution provides CIO's internal clients, the Business Unit Managers, with the needed information to effectively manage and control their consumption of these services." BillBrowser was designed to assist in establishing a financial partnership between the CIO and Business Units so enterprises can more effectively manage, control, contain and understand their overall technology costs.

To provide a single view of all internal products and services consumed by the Business Units, ComSci collects, normalizes, prices and reports detailed utilization from all technology-based products and services through its BillBrowser web-reporting portal. Whether traditional call accounting (collection of calls from PBXs), VoIP traffic, cellular, audio/video conferencing, desktop services or application services, ComSci's BillBrowser solution is designed to capture the utilization of the CIO's internal technology products and present it as a consolidated technology bill to the Business Units for chargeback.
