Edison, NJ, March 22, 2007 - ComSci, a leading provider of IT financial management solutions, has signed an agreement with a Global 50 Financial Services Firm to deliver its Technology Chargeback Service (i.e., One Technology Bill for all IT Products - Mainframe, DASD, Desktop, Voice, etc.) to assist the Financial Services Firm with the collection, pricing and web-based delivery of a "chargeback" invoice to their external client base. ComSci was selected because of its flexible solution and their proven ability to chargeback all technology products and services.

The Financial Services Firm's Information Technology group was looking to improve upon their internal processes relating to the invoicing of IT & Telecommunication expenses to its external clients that the Firm supports in a shared services environment. They focused on ComSci's proven ability to provide a Total Technology Chargeback solution that will create process efficiencies and allow internal staff to focus on more strategic initiatives and financial analysis. ComSci will be responsible for the chargeback and bill presentation to over 50 Hedge Fund firms that are supported by the Financial Services Firm in a Shared Services environment including the charges and support of dial tone, local and long distance calls, wireless charges, office rental expenses and other IT related expenditures.

The engagement includes the use of ComSci's BillBrowser™ web-based reporting tool, which will provide each Hedge Fund receiving services from the Firm to view their charges through a web-based portal prior to remitting payment to the Financial Services Firm. BillBrowser™ is ComSci's web-based decision support tool providing enterprises with an advanced and user-friendly chargeback solution for managing the consumption and utilization of Technology and Telecommunications expenses. BillBrowser™ will allow external clients an easy and convenient portal in which to review their Technology expenses. In addition to BillBrowser™, ComSci will provide the use of ComSci's web-based database application to maintain inventory of lines and equipment.

"We are very excited about this relationship as it is just another example of what truly differentiates us from the rest," said Bob Svec, ComSci's President and CEO. "We listen to our clients' requirements and then utilize our core competency in Technology Expense Management to deliver a solution that makes sense to them."
