Our implementation team works closely with each new client to fully understand their goals and objectives and to ensure our solutions are leveraged in the manner most effective to meet or exceed those goals and objectives.
The ComSci Implementation Team ensures that each engagement is productive as quickly as possible. Also, ComSci seeks to mitigate the time and resources required of our clients. Since our experience includes a multitude of data sources, we utilize that experience to acquire data expeditiously to get it loaded/setup into our solution. This aggressive approach ensures that our clients can begin achieving benefits immediately. To further support this goal, the ComSci solution comes "pre-loaded" with industry standard activities, cost pools, modeling templates, dashboards, etc.
After the initial implementation, the ComSci Service Delivery Account Management Team takes over as the primary day-to-day client interface. A dedicated Account Team is assigned to each client, becoming an extension of your IT finance organization. Although the ComSci solution is highly configurable, your Account Management Team is always there to assist in modifying templates, activities, dashboards, providing recommendations, etc. without the traditional "nickel and dime" pricing approach that many SaaS-based and consulting companies levy through professional services fees.
Product development is first and foremost to meeting our customer's needs. Our most important approach to product development is client feedback. ComSci receives direct input from all of our clients, some of which have the largest and most demanding IT environments. Based on their input, we develop new products and make enhancements to our existing products at least three times per year, ensuring our customers' requirements are always being met.
