Robert J. Svec
President and CEO

Robert "Bob" Svec brings more than 25 years of technology financial management experience to his role as president and CEO of Iselin, N.J.-based ComSci. Previously president of TSL, the leading provider of telecom expense management solutions, Bob acquired ComSci in 2005 with another member of the leadership team, Dr. Alan Maltz.

Bob is uniquely positioned to lead ComSci's continued success. He spent 15 years as vice president and chief finance officer in the IT division of Manufacturers Hanover and Chemical Bank. There, he was responsible for all technology financial functions including budget performance, product costing and pricing, service catalog and service level agreements, chargebacks, capital planning and vendor relations. Because of his significant experience, he has been acknowledged as a leader in IT Cost Transparency.

Bob is a member of the IT Financial Management Association (ITFMA) and holds a BS in business administration and accounting from Susquehanna University.

Alan C. Maltz
Ph.D., Partner

Dr. Alan Maltz contributes his 30+ years of technology and entrepreneurial experience to guiding ComSci's success. Previously, Alan was the founder of TSL, considered by the industry to be the first telecommunications expense management firm. Prior to TSL, he held key roles at New York Telephone and Western Union and was the vice president, telecommunications systems for Bankers Trust. He has also served as the executive vice president and a director of Brite Voice Systems (NASDAQ: BVSI) and as a director of Callwave (NASDAQ: CALL).

A senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Alan holds a doctorate in technology management from Stevens Institute of Technology, where he is a visiting assistant professor. He has an MBA in management science from Pace University and a BE in electrical engineering from The City University of New York.

Louis M. Takacs
CIO and Vice President, Product Development

With more than 20 years of software architecture and management experience, Louis Takacs is responsible for setting the strategic direction of ComSci's products and services. Prior to joining ComSci, he was vice president of development at TSL, one of the world's largest telecom expense management companies where he worked on the overall development and design of its enterprise software.

Most recently, Louis played a pivotal role in re-architecting ComSci's software into enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) to expand its market opportunities and address demand from the company's growing client base. In addition, Louis fully deployed an agile software methodology, which applied agile and iterative methods to the development process. Through this process, ComSci has achieved the ability to quickly bring products to market along with addressing client requirements in a timely manner. Louis is also a Certified ScrumMaster.

Louis has a BS in computer science from Kean University and he completed the Leadership Development program at the Rutgers Center for Management Development.

Robert J. Bracco
Vice President, Client Services

Robert "Bob" Bracco is responsible for ComSci's client-facing organization, including onboarding new clients, driving customer satisfaction, providing sales support and cultivating strategic alliances. Under his leadership, ComSci ensures client success through the highest levels of service delivery.

Bob brings more than 10 years of experience in customer relationship management, systems and process improvements. Prior to joining ComSci, as assistant vice president of client services at TSL, the preeminent telecom expense management company, he managed all aspects of client support and growth, implementation and business development. He has also worked as a sales, marketing and advertising account executive at Seiko Corporation of America.

Bob studied computer science and business management at the State University of New York and completed the Leadership Development program at the Rutgers Center for Management Development.

Brian McCabe
Vice President, Sales

Brian McCabe is an accomplished sales executive with over 10 years of experience building and leading high performance sales teams in the enterprise software industry. At ComSci, Brian is responsible for the sales and marketing of technology financial management solutions. Prior to joining ComSci, Brian was a senior account executive for Troux Technologies, where he developed relationships and advised clients on enterprise architecture and strategic IT planning solutions. He also held positions in financial services companies where he was responsible for professional services sales.

Brian has a BS in Finance and Marketing from the University of Syracuse Whitman School of Business and has completed additional course work in corporate planning and capital markets at the NY Institute of Finance.

Brian Stedman
Vice President, Product Management

Brian Stedman is responsible for product management and product strategy at ComSci. Prior to joining ComSci, Brian was vice president and IT delivery manager for the retail credit card group of JP Morgan Chase and was accountable for the day-to-day delivery of IT products and services to achieve their strategic, tactical, and operational goals. He worked on several bank merger project office committees and managed carrier services & wireless departments. He was responsible for telecom billing and business development and evaluated all strategic infrastructure projects providing financial justifications and analyses.

Brian has an MBA in computer information systems from Pace University and a BA in mathematics from New York University. He is Six Sigma certified and is a regular speaker at IT conferences, Cornell University and the American Marketing Association.

Jeff Yoder
Vice President, Strategic Partnerships & Global Marketing Strategies

Jeff brings more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience to ComSci. His responsibilities include establishing relationships with strategic global partners and developing ComSci's 'go to market' strategies. Jeff also oversees ComSci's IT finance management services in the western U.S. including building support teams responsible for clients in this region.

Jeff is an accomplished entrepreneur and sales and marketing executive with strong operational management skills. Prior to joining ComSci, Jeff had leadership roles in sales and marketing for The Williams Companies and Avaya-Nortel. He was a principal at several successful start-up companies in Silicon Valley and worked directly with venture capital firms securing funding and defining strategic direction for these companies.

Jeff holds a BA in history from the University of North Carolina and received board certifications in multiple imaging technologies after post-graduate work in bio-engineering at Wake Forest University's Bowman Gray School of Medicine.
