Robert J. Svec
President & CEO

In his role as President and CEO, Bob Svec brings over twenty five years of Technology Financial Management™ experience to the company. Svec has been the President and CEO of ComSci since August 2005 when he and partner Alan Maltz acquired the organization. Prior to acquiring ComSci, Svec was the President of TSL, the leading provider of Telecom Expense Management solutions. He joined TSL in 1995 as a Senior Executive and became the Company's President in 2000.

As a well-respected industry leader, Svec's experience at Manufacturers Hanover and Chemical Bank, where he spent fifteen years as Vice President and Chief Finance Officer in the IT Division has helped him transfer his knowledge in IT Cost Transparency and Chargeback to his colleagues, customers and prospects. In this position he was responsible for all technology financial functions including budget performance, product costing and pricing, service catalog/SLAs, chargebacks, capital planning and vendor relations.

Alan C. Maltz
Partner

As a Partner at ComSci, Dr. Maltz brings over 30 years of experience in the technology industry and a wealth of knowledge in growing successful businesses and delivering world-class customer experiences. Maltz founded TSL in 1986, considered by most as the original TEM firm, combining audit and telecom software services. Dr. Maltz has recently completed a Ph.D. in Technology Management and is currently an Industry Associate Professor at Stevens Institute of Technology (Hoboken NJ) teaching courses in Strategic Management and Project Management. His professional career included experiences at New York Telephone, Western Union and as head of Global Telecommunications at Bankers Trust Company.

He served as Executive Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of Brite Voice Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq – BVSI) and he recently served (1999 - 2005) on the Board of Directors of Callwave, Inc. (Nasdaq - CALL). Dr. Maltz is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York and New Jersey and is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers.

Louis M. Takacs
Vice President, Product Development

As Vice President of Product Development, Louis M. Takacs is responsible for the overall vision and strategy of all products and services offered as well as steering the overall software architecture deployed. Most recently, Lou played a pivotal role in re-architecting ComSci's software to become enterprise ready SaaS solutions (Software as a Service) to its expanding client base.

Prior to joining ComSci, Lou served as Vice President of Development at one of the largest Telecom Expense Management companies where he worked on the overall development and design of its enterprise software along with steering the full automation of its operations. Lou has over 16 years of software architecture and management experience in the Technology Financial Management™ and IT Cost Transparency industries.

Robert J. Bracco
Vice President, Client Services

As Vice President of Client Services, Bob Bracco heads ComSci's client facing organization focusing on new client on-boarding, existing client satisfaction and growth as well as building and developing strategic alliances. Under Mr. Bracco's leadership, the division has been able to focus their efforts on ensuring successful client relationships are maintained at all times and nothing but the highest caliber of service is delivered to existing and new clients.

Bob joined ComSci in August of 2005 with over 10 years experience in customer relationship management, systems and process improvement experience. Prior to joining ComSci, Bob spent several years as an account executive working with fortune 500 clients to streamline processes and has built a solid reputation within the industry.

Michael T. Siniscalchi
Vice President, Business Development

Michael Siniscalchi has ten years of business and enterprise service solution sales experience. Since joining ComSci in 2006 as Vice President of Business Development, Michael has focused on redefining ComSci's brand, establishing the firm's message to the marketplace and closing new business at Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies.

Prior to joining ComSci, Michael was a Senior Business Development Executive in the Telecom Expense Management industry selling to large complex organizations. Helping clients such as Bear Stearns, Philips Electronics, VOLT, Chevy Chase Bank, Chubb, and McGraw-Hill manage their technology expenses through Call Accounting/Chargeback, Invoice Processing and Wireless Management.

Michael also brings a consulting background with experience working for Arthur Andersen in the consulting practice for over a year. Michael holds a BS in Marketing and Finance from Quinnipiac University.
